Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed OT in the practicing state.
• Minimum of one-year experience preferred.
• Medicare home health experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide skilled OT services in patients' homes under physicians’ orders and the established plan of care.
• Develop and implement therapy plans to improve daily living activities and motor functions.
• Educate patients, families and care teams to support ongoing recovery and independence under Branch Director supervision.

Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the practicing state
