Job summary

Allina Health/CKRI is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services across hospital, outpatient, home health, mental health, or community settings. You will work with a supportive team focused on restoring independence and delivering high-quality care.

The role includes 1 FTE (80 hours per 2 week pay period), 8 hour day shifts, and no weekend rotation, with opportunities to contribute to program development and performance improvement within the Home Care department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0 to 2 years occupational therapist experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients in hospital, outpatient clinic, home health, mental health, skilled nursing facility or community settings.
• Generates a therapy diagnosis by gathering patient data and assessing the patient.
• Designs, implements and modifies therapeutic interventions.
• Educates patient and family in establishing goals of treatment.
• Sets improvement levels and determines time needed to reach that level.
