Responsibilities

• Plan a program of study that meets individual needs, interests, and abilities of students.
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.
• Guide learning toward curriculum goals with clear objectives for lessons, units, and projects.
• Employ instructional methods and materials aligned with objectives and provide progress reports.
• Diagnose learning disabilities and seek assistance or referrals as needed.
