Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a qualified registered nurse to administer skilled nursing services in home settings, teaching patients and families per physician orders and the care plan. A TX RN license and at least one year of nursing experience are required, with basic tech skills including use of a mobile device.

Strong driving ability and reliability are essential as the role involves patient visits across home settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education. Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice. Must have at least one year experience as a licensed nurse.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsabilités

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
