Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in instructional activities and provide differentiated learning opportunities.
• Instruct students in small groups and one-on-one settings and adjust lesson plans as needed.
• Monitor and document student progress and report findings to supervising teachers.
• Perform clerical tasks such as grading papers, data entry, and preparing teaching materials.
• Support special needs students with organizational help and supervision as needed.
• Supervise students during halls, lunch, or recess periods.
