Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services per physician's plan of care and state regulations.
• Assessing and evaluating patient status and contributing to the plan of care.
• Directing physical therapy treatment and training patients/families in exercises.
• Preparing progress summaries and participating in discharge planning.
• Supervises PT assistants according to policy and state regulations.
