Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in Cartersville, GA. You will evaluate, treat, and collaborate with families to maximize independence in patients’ daily activities.

The role offers PRN scheduling, flexible hours, and opportunities to grow with a supportive team within a leading home health network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CAPTE-approved Occupational Therapy Education program.
• Current OT licensure in state and CPR certification required; CPR may be offered on hire.
• Two years of adult occupational therapy and home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform OT evaluation and treatment per physician orders, including adaptive equipment.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize independence.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Maintain thorough documentation for proper billing and supervise OT Assistants per state act.
