Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and revises plan of care with team members.
• Provides therapeutic treatments and evaluates equipment needs.
• Conducts supervisory visits of occupational therapy assistants.
• Advises family and agency personnel as needed.
• Prepares clinical and progress notes.
• Evaluates outcomes of care and plans for discharge.
