Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• At least one year of licensed nurse experience.
• Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional care.
• Teach patients, families, and other health care team members as needed.
• Perform services per physician orders and the established plan of care.
