Job summary

Signature Health in Ohio seeks a Counselor, Community-Based Family Therapy to deliver therapeutic services to children and adults with serious emotional challenges, primarily in home environments and other clinically appropriate settings. You’ll work in a team-based, plan-driven approach to care.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and an active Ohio license (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC/LIMFT or LMFT) and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Ohio license (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC/LIMFT or LMFT) required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with children/youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic intervention services to children, adolescents, and adults using individual, family, and group treatment.
• Provide crisis stabilization services to families as needed.
• Develop and implement Care Plans, Comprehensive Assessments, Treatment Summaries and Safety Plans.
• Coordinate with social service agencies to provide and integrate services.
• Maintain client charting compliant with applicable regulations.
• Engage in supervision with BH Supervisor.
