Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• Illinois Social Work licensure (LSW) is required or must be obtained after hiring.
• Background check clearance (criminal and CANTS) required.
• Training in KEEP and/or GenerationsPMTO or willingness to participate in training required.
• CCS Bootcamp completion required.
• Client-Centered Service Planning and Aftercare Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide casework through professional assessment of the family’s problems and services.
• Follow the written service plan and engage children and families in the processes.
• Complete and submit reports, documentation, and billing accurately and timely.
• Participate in supervision for guidance and decision-making.
• Present cases for staffing and conduct family-child team meetings.
• Coordinate with other service providers, schools, and health care facilities to promote child well-being.
