Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead ECC teacher in implementing IEPs and adapting lessons to student needs.
• Support students in academic activities with guidance and encouragement.
• Monitor and document student progress, behavior, and social interactions.
• Implement behavior management strategies and support social skills development.
• Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
• Assist with daily living skills, including self-care and organization.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to communicate progress.
• Attend trainings to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure a safe and orderly environment during class and transitions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by teachers or administration.
