Camden Fairview School District is seeking an Early Childhood Aide to assist teachers with preparation, instruction, and management of classroom activities. The role supports students in groups and individual settings and requires supervision in multiple areas including cafeteria and playground.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED with 60 college hours or pass Praxis; CDA training is preferred. This is a full-time, non-exempt position within the district’s elementary program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 60 college hours or Praxis exam required.
• CDA training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Attend staff development meetings and in-service workshops.
• Maintain professional behavior, appearance, and work ethic.
• Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials, displays, and activities.
• Provide instructional activities to individuals or small groups.
• Supervise students inside and outside the classroom (cafeteria, bus, playground).
• Keep the classroom neat and orderly.
• Assist in inventory, care, and maintenance of equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
