Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a full-time position scheduled for Sundays and Mondays (4pm–10pm) and Fridays & Saturdays (8am–8pm). The DSP provides person-centered support to individuals with disabilities and mental health needs, assisting with daily living, community engagement, and self-advocacy.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate documentation, and collaboration under supervision to ensure high-quality services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Complete pre-employment screening including background checks and drug testing.

• Advocate for individuals’ rights and safety.
