Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will work one-on-one following each client's ISP to promote independence and daily living success.

We offer flexible hours, 18–24 per hour, local cases across New Jersey, and a supportive team with opportunities to grow within a DDD-focused agency. Must be 18+, HS diploma preferred, valid driver license, CPR/First Aid cert or willingness to

Qualifications

• 18+ years or older is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
