Paladin in Michigan City, IN seeks compassionate care professionals to assist individuals with disabilities to learn, maintain, or increase their independent functioning in home, community, or program settings. Duties include personal care, supervision, documentation, transportation, and safety compliance.

You will provide 1:1 or small group training, implement individual program plans, help with feeding and mobility, and support behavioral management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in social services, special education, nurse's aide, or related field.
• Compassion and concern for individuals with disabilities.
• Must adhere to safety requirements and policies.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 or small group training to address client needs.
• Assist with daily programming and community-based activities.
• Distribute medications to clients as needed with team support.
• Follow individual program plans and behavior plans.
• Maintain records and reports to ensure compliance.
