Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in social services, special education, nurse's aide, or related field.

• Must adhere to safety requirements and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group training to address client needs.
• Assist with daily programming and community-based activities.
• Distribute medications to clients as needed with team support.
• Follow individual program plans and behavior plans.
• Maintain records and reports to ensure compliance.
