You’ll assist with daily living, personal hygiene, and supporting participants who have behavioral challenges, while building real relationships and encouraging growth, independence, and meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and compassionate approach.
• Reliable, patient, and able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Assist participants with personal hygiene.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants participate in community activities and preferred hobbies.
