Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a Direct Support Professional preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to clients in a home/community setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, hygiene, and meal preparation.
• Support clients in achieving personal goals and maintaining independence.
• Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities accurately.
