Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age with reliable transportation.
• Valid CA driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
• Experience in human services or American Sign Language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with community access and appointments.
• Coordinate transportation to medical appointments.
• Encourage positive peer interactions and social engagement.
• Document services and communicate with team members.
