Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes documentation and maintains records as required, including daily logs and incident reports.
• Provides physical care and supervision appropriate to residents' functioning level.
• Administers, supervises and records medications per physicians' orders.
• Assists residents with bathing, clothing changes and personal care.
• Coordinates transportation for residents to work, events and activities.
• Encourages positive social interactions and community participation.
• Maintains residents' rights and confidentiality and supports safety.
• Participates in drills and maintains a hazard-free environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
