This role includes personal care, daily living assistance, and community integration. Ideal candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess effective communication skills.

You will be working primarily in home and community settings with additional responsibilities in documentation and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Read and write effectively.
• Must meet state and local requirements regarding background checks.
• Meet all training requirements and keep training current.

Responsibilities

• Supports individuals with personal care and daily routines.
• Helps integrate individuals into the community.
• Ensures safe transport to events and appointments.
• Documents improvement towards meeting outcomes.
• Provides assistance with personal grooming and house cleaning.
