RHA Health Services, LLC in North Carolina is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower individuals with disabilities and mental health needs. You will support clients in home and community settings, help with daily living skills, transportation, and personal care while promoting independence.

As a DSP, you will collaborate with care teams, document care provided, and advocate for clients' goals within their Centered Plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age and valid driver’s license.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promote healthy living and assist with daily living activities.
• Support individuals in home and community settings.
• Document care provided and communicate needs to the care team.
• Encourage independence and personal choice within Centered Plans.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
