LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. is seeking caring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in our community. You will work as part of a team to provide meaningful activities and support daily living tasks.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour weekend differential, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Full-time and part-time positions include a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive, person-centered care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Promote independence and meaningful daily activities.
• Administer medications and monitor health and safety as directed.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and transportation as needed.
