Qualifications

Responsibilities

Administer medication as prescribed.
Provide transportation for individuals served.
Skills
Working knowledge of Person Centered Planning
Oral/written communication skills
Ability to learn computer software applications
Cooperative attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Education
High school diploma or GED
Prefer 6 months experience in human services
