RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges. You will help people engage with their communities, advocate for their rights, and support daily living activities with compassion and respect.

Under supervision, you will document services, promote independence, assist with transportation and personal care, and encourage self-advocacy

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass pre-employment screening.
• Ability to provide person-centered support and maintain records.

• Advocate for individuals’ human, legal, and civil rights.
• Promote health and safety by supporting wellness initiatives.
• Encourage self-advocacy and empower individuals in making choices.
• Facilitate community engagement by accompanying individuals to work and events.
• Teach independent living skills, including household management.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and supports.
