Job summary

New Jersey Institute for Disabilities (NJID) seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist residents with daily living skills, supervise activities, and help them pursue recreational and community opportunities at our Aberdeen County location. • Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and supervise activities related to daily living skills.
• Administer or assist with prescribed medication.

• Assist in the implementation of individual goals and objectives.
• Data entry using Therap (EHR)
• Assist residents in pursuing recreational, social, and community activities based on their preferences and individual plans.
