Requirements include being 18+, having a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required (transportation).
• Comfortable driving to transport individuals served.
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and guidance to individuals with disabilities.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals served.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Document care plans and communicate with the care team.
