Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with intellectual, developmental, and mental health challenges in home and community settings.

The DSP role focuses on promoting self-advocacy, safe daily living, and participation in community activities, with documentation and supervision as needed. Training in CPR/first aid is offered where required, and a valid driver’s license is needed for transportation duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pre-employment screening and background checks.
• Valid driver's license required for transportation duties.
• CPR certification may be required or trained on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in identifying and communicating needs for services and support.
• Accompany individuals to community activities to promote social engagement.
• Support daily living skills and independent living activities.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Document services and maintain accurate records for teams.
