Leads and manages the full EmpoweReer summer experience, ensuring an organized, impactful, and spiritually uplifting environment. Supervises all staff and ensures program integrity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all operational, instructional, and logistical aspects of the program.

Support and coordinate with trainers, counselors, and administrative staff.

Uphold ILIA’s values of youth empowerment, Islamic leadership, and community service.

Ensure safety, positive culture, and high standards across all program areas.

Act as the liaison between ILIA leadership, parents, and external partners.

Work Hours: Full-Time Role (Camp Director): 40 hours/week.
