Qualifications

• Active CA Therapy License & 1+ years of licensed experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transit, and auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification and professional liability Insurance.
• Recent physical exam (within 2 years) and TB clearance.
• Active EIN and business license/city tax certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide 45-minute in-home treatments on your terms.
• Deliver hands-on care with professional autonomy.
• Maintain patient records and documentation within the app.
