Qualifications

• Active CA Therapy License with 1+ year licensed experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transit, and auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance.
• Recent physical exam (within 2 years) and TB clearance.
• Active EIN and business license/city tax certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 45-minute in-home treatments on your own terms.
• Provide hands-on therapy and patient care.
• Maintain documentation using the All-in-One App.
