You will work with youth transitioning from residential care or at risk of placement, building positive behaviors and healthy relationships.

The role focuses on individualized planning, accountability, and collaboration with Juvenile Court Services and community partners to promote successful outcomes and safer homes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and two years human services experience.
