Job description

This role supports test automation by creating highly detailed, click-level test scripts. The individual will not write automation code but will produce precise test steps that automation engineers will convert into automated scripts.

Responsibilities

• Review completed requirements and build manual test scripts.
• Execute functional and end-to-end testing for:
  • Empower LOS
  • New proprietary Loan Officer Digital system
• Validate mortgage workflows and business scenarios.
• Identify, document, and report defects and anomalies.
• Validate compliance related workflows (e.g., TRID).
• Proactively raise issues when functional or regulatory gaps are identified.
• Collaborate with release and business teams during testing cycles.
