Job summary

Merakey is seeking an Employment Training Specialist for our West Chester, PA location. This PRN role offers $20 per hour and focuses on helping adults with serious mental illness secure and maintain competitive employment in the community.

The ETS will assess skills, provide on-site training, and coordinate follow-up supports for both Consumers and employers. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience with IDD populations, and ACRES certification within 6 months of hire,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with IDD population.
• Must obtain ACRES certification within 6 months of hire.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support competitive employment outcomes for Consumers.
• Provide vocational education, assessment, support and liaison services.
• Provide on-site training and follow-up supports for Consumer and employer.
