JOB TITLE: Employment Specialist

REPORTS TO: Director of Employment Services
JOB PURPOSE: Provide on-site support for employed consumers to ensure job learning and retention.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Work experience with individuals with disabilities or background in social service.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to be very flexible. Excellent professional writing skills and good computer skills preferred. CPR & First Aid training.
Work Hours: Must have a reliable vehicle, license, and valid insurance and have the availability to work during days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTS: Using fine and gross motor skills. Ability to push or pull up to 25 pounds. Lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop and reach.
WAGE: $20.00 per hour
