Lifeworks is seeking a full-time Employment Specialist 1. This role advocates for and provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities or related conditions to help them achieve their goals.

Position Details:

  • Department: South Metro Employment
  • Hours: Full-time; 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (non-exempt)
  • Location: Lifeworks Services in Hennepin, Scott, Dakota, and Carver Counties
  • Compensation: $17.50 - $19 per hour
  • Sign-on bonus: Up to $1,500 (paid out at 60 and 120 days of employment)
