Job summary

Creative Options, Inc. is seeking a full-time Employment Specialist in Rosedale, MD to develop job opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities by connecting with local employers and sharing information about our Employment Services Program.

The role includes job coaching, resume support, interview prep, and ongoing client placement assistance, with emphasis on person-centered planning and community integration.

Qualifications

• ARCE certification and/or active CESP certification (preferred, not required).
• Creates marketing materials to advance the Employment Services Program.
• Assists people in job search and interview prep process.
• Provides job coaching and skills training for independent living.

Responsibilities

• Develop employment opportunities by building relationships with local employers, businesses and community partners.
• Assist individuals with job searches, resume development, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.
• Provide job coaching, skills training, and ongoing support to promote retention and community integration.
• Maintain accurate documentation and employment-related reports in compliance with agency standards.
• Support PCP goals and maintain positive relationships with families, employers and community stakeholders.
