Trinity Health is seeking an Employment Specialist to join their Community Treatment Team. The role involves assisting individuals with mental health concerns in finding and maintaining employment through client assessment, job development, and workplace support. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Human Services and relevant experience, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
As an Employment Specialist within a Community Treatment Team, your primary responsibility is to assist individuals with mental health concerns or disabilities in finding and maintaining employment.

Work Schedule: This is an exempt (salary) position. Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility to meet consumer needs. Some non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends, holidays). On-call services on a rotating basis, with a $200/day on-call rate.
