Job summary

COR Enterprises is seeking an Employment Specialist to help individuals reach their goals in Billings and surrounding areas. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, coach them through job search, resumes, interviews, and onsite support, and collaborate with local employers to create inclusive workplaces.

You'll travel locally, adapt to varying schedules, and contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to meaningful community impact while maintaining accurate records and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation, Education, or related field + 2 years' experience.
• Minimum: High school diploma (or equivalent) + 2 years working with students with disabilities, OR 30 semester hours of college (with at least 15 in special education, social work, counseling, business, or related field).
• Strong time management, communication, and organization skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
• A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurability (yes, you'll be driving sometimes).
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Join Our Team as an Employment Specialist!

Location: Billings, MT & surrounding areas

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime-because making a difference doesn't always happen 9–5!)
