Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or HS diploma with relevant experience in integrated employment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate community-based vocational and employment programs.
• Supervise, evaluate, and provide direct support to employment specialists.
• Handle contract disbursements for community-based programs.
• Develop job placement methods and facilitate interviews with employers and participants.
• Assist with grant development for vocation and employment programs.
• Network with business leaders to expand opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
• Report program status to the Executive Director periodically.
