The full salary range for the Employment Practices Risk Consultant is $68,500.00 - $121,900.00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $95,200.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
The Employment Practices Risk Consultant provides guidance across human resources strategy, employment law compliance, and Employment Practices Liability (EPL) Insurance risk mitigation to help organizations reduce liability exposure and build a positive, compliant workplace culture.
This role aligns policies and practices with business objectives, audits claims, identifies and coordinates training, supports EPL claims and corrective actions.
