Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 5+ years of experience in employment law defense, particularly wage and hour and PAGA matters.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases from inception to resolution or trial.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills.
• Steady professional history with limited job transitions.
