Meritas Advisory Group, LLC seeks a mid-level Employment Litigation Associate to join a premier labor and employment practice in San Diego. You will handle Wage & Hour class and collective actions, and PAGA matters for employer clients, advising on compliance and risk management.

The role requires CA Bar admission and 3+ years of relevant experience, with opportunities for direct client interaction, strategy development, and professional growth in a leading AmLaw 150 environment.

Competenze

• J.D. from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive employment litigation experience, including Wage & Hour class/collective actions and PAGA.

Mansioni

• Represent employers in California employment litigation, including Wage & Hour class actions, collective actions and PAGA.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions; take and defend depositions.
