Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Employment Litigation Associate for its Sacramento, CA office to defend and litigate a range of employment-related claims and provide counsel on labor law issues. The successful candidate will have 4–6 years of employment law experience, a JD from an ABA-accredited school, and CA Bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities include advising employers, representing them in court and before agencies, and managing mediations, with emphasis on professional teamwork

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 4–6 years of experience, with a strong preference for an employment law background.
• Current CA Bar admission in good standing.
• Understanding of current state and federal agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies.
• Handle mediations in employment matters, including class actions and discrimination cases.
