Ascendion is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join its Orange County office. You will handle wage & hour class actions, PAGA matters, and complex single-plaintiff disputes, with early responsibility including client interaction, depositions, mediations, and courtroom exposure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience in employment litigation, wage & hour, class actions, or PAGA preferred.
• Strong writing and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle wage & hour class action and PAGA litigation.
• Defend single-plaintiff employment cases.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and case strategy.
• Work closely with experienced litigators on sophisticated matters.
