• Strong knowledge of California law and civil procedure at state and federal levels.
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy.

• Manage a caseload of employment law matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft complaints, discovery, motions, and legal briefs.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations.
• Advise clients on rights, risks, and outcomes; participate in strategy.
• Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings; support senior attorneys.
