Employment Litigation Associate

Location: Seattle, WA

A leading global law firm is seeking a 3rd–6th year Associate to join its Employment Litigation group in Seattle. This role offers the opportunity to work on high‑profile employment disputes, including single plaintiff cases, systemic discrimination matters and wage and hour class actions, within a dynamic and nationally recognised practice. Associates will gain hands‑on experience managing complex matters and working directly with corporate clients on cutting‑edge employment issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment litigation matters, including class actions and discrimination claims
• Respond to administrative charges and support regulatory proceedings
• Conduct internal investigations and advise on employment compliance matters
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
• Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Manage key aspects of litigation strategy and case development

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of litigation experience (employment experience preferred)
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing, analytical and communication skills
• Experience taking depositions and handling substantive litigation tasks
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Admitted to the Washington State Bar

Compensation

Salary Range: $260,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
