BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate for its Madison, WI office. The role involves defending and litigating a variety of employment-related claims and providing counsel on labor law issues.

The candidate will defend and litigate lawsuits, advise employers on employment and labor law issues, and represent employers in court, before agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration. 2+ years of experience and a WI Bar admission are preferred.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 2+ years of experience, with a preference for an employment law background.
• Current WI Bar admission in good standing.
• Understanding of state and federal agency procedures.
