Qualifications

Responsibilities

Employment Law Associate | New Jersey | 3-5 Years | $154,000-$165,000 + Bonus

AJ Chambers are delighted to be working with a respected full service law firm seeking an Employment Law Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its New Jersey team.

This is a management-side employment law opportunity for an attorney with experience advising employers on day-to-day employment and workplace matters while also representing employer clients in employment litigation.

The successful candidate will work across both employment counseling and employment disputes, advising businesses on workplace issues, compliance and risk management while handling litigation matters involving employers.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise employers on a broad range of employment law and workplace matters
• Provide day-to-day employment counseling and practical legal advice to business clients
• Advise on employment compliance, workplace policies and risk management
• Represent employers in employment litigation and employment-related disputes

Compensation

• $154,000-$165,000 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications
