Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate need for an Employment Law Paralegal in its Houston office. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. There may be flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid and remote opportunities. This is a full-time position.Ideal candidates will have experience in handling employment matters, including working with the EEOC, TWC, DOL or other administrative agencies, state and federal court personnel, and have a solid knowledge of Excel (including formulas, VLOOKUP, macros, tables, etc.), strong organizational skills, knowledge to support employment litigation and case management, discovery, and familiarity with the Texas Code of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Responsibilities include merger and analysis of time and pay records in CSV and XLS files, document review, and assistance with subpoenas.Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• ABA-approved Paralegal certificate.
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Very strong knowledge of and experience with MS Excel.
• General knowledge of and experience with employment claims.
• Experience with Relativity or comparable litigation support software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
• References.
